I required precise help with printing and scanning needs, when printing out specific important documents. I was very fortunate to have the exceptional help of both Joan and Josh. I watched as they multi- tasked in order to assist several people, including myself. The two staff were patient and diligent in making sure all my requests, as well as other customers, were looked after. I was given a peace of mind.

Descent place, always helpful and friendly Face masks are required but worth a visit
Tried to buy a desk and didn't have any luck. The sales associate checked to see if they had any stock for the desk we were looking at, and it turns out they didn't. We then asked about another - nope, not that one either. Frustrating, but, that's how it goes sometimes. \What do you have in stock?\, we asked. The sales associate shrugged and said \I don't know\ and walked away. Coolcoolcool. Went to Scan Design and painlessly bought a desk shortly after. May hit up staples if I need pens in the future, but meh otherwise. We tried to buy a desk from staples about 6 or 7 years ago with the same results.

Clean, spacious and bright store. I got help right away which is rare in the electronics department. All my questions were answered
