At 3:58 PM, Apr. 15/19 I stood in line at 771 Vernon to file an RTB-12-T dispute. At 4:30 PM I was told the so-called service was closing and I would have to return the next day. At 2:47 PM, Apr. 16/19 I stood in line AGAIN at 771 Vernon to file the RTB-12-T dispute. At 3:58 PM I exited after being told my 100.00 filing would be processed the next day and I would be notified to pick it up on the Apr. 17/19. It is now Apr. 17/19, 3:34 PM and I have left a voice mail at the so-called service I haven't been phoned yet. Welcome to the pretend democracy owned and operated by the corporations who have the best government their money buy.

I have relocated to Victoria BC from Ontario a few month ago, while in the process of changing driver's license and health card, I realized that my first name and middle name which used in Ontario for forty plus years were reversed on my citizenship card and was worried for going about to correct it. In the morning of Thursday Jan. 4, 2018, I went to this Service BC center and received a great and kind service. The reception desk staff (I noticed his name tag \Richard\) was very helpful. He clearly explained the steps I should take to change my legal name and thoughtfully instructed me how to get to Commissionaire BC taking electronic fingerprints first. After that was done, I went back to the center and he checked my new BC MSP number and helped me completing my application. This positive experience has made Victoria more wonderful to me.
