I had a poor experience from this agent. Spoke with the agent on both Monday and Tuesday about apartment. He asked for me to text him my email so he could send me more information and arrange a tour. Waited 48 hours with no contact. Followed up by calling and no room on his voicemail. Sent a text saying I was following up. Never heard back. Called his office another 24 hours later only to find the place was no longer available. I found the lack of professionalism and lack of response extremely frustrating. I would not recommend using this agent.

I have already recommended him several times to friends! Working with Justen made house-hunting easy and fun. He really listened to what we wanted in a house and recommended looking at a house that we had originally passed over - and it turned out to be EXACTLY what we wanted/needed! We have been there over a year, and are still so happy with our home - which we found because he told us to take a look at it. He didn't waste our time looking at too many houses. He also helped us by having a contractor walk through on second-walk throughs, so we had an idea of what needed to be done to a house before having an official inspection done.

Justen was exceptional in helping me purchase a detached, single dwelling revenue property in December of 2015. As I was someone just getting into the market in Victoria, Justen helped me navigate the tricky terrain of houses that ranged from old \handyman's dream\ houses to newly renovated \just move in\ ones. Justen's strength lies in his experience, knowledge, and (most of all) his patience and no pressure client/realtor relationship. I had a good idea of the kind of property I was searching for and, although it took some time, Justen helped me zoom in on the perfect place in the perfect area. He was always available to show me properties and was always happy to help. His well-informed advice guided me to making a strong offer and he was there to help me, step by step, through the entire purchasing process. His many years in the business meant he had plenty of recommendations for other professionals in the business (from mortgage breakers to home inspectors) all of whom worked out great! Justen made the whole process easy and stress free and I highly recommend him as a realtor for anyone, whether you be a new home buyer, an experienced real estate mogul, or anything in between.
