Very disappointed in how I was spoken to today by RoadSafety BC, there was no reason for how unkind the rep was.
They never pick up the phone and they never call back!
Absolutely useless agency that takes the lively hoods of honest people. They have a poorly arranged system that is clearly incapable of handling the number of case that are in review. Most of the over the phone conversations have been misleading, as if nobody working there has any clue what is going on.
They dont wanna help you.
