This is the best place in the city. Support local; they have been at it for years and know everything. The service is superb. I have bought my ink here for years and if you buy a printer from them they will provide service like no one else. Who else would set it all up, show you how to do the tricky stuff, and send you on your way with a promise you can call if you need? They even answer their phone! Forget online, just go to Riptide.

We at Learning English with Laughter have benefited from the excellent service we have received at Riptide for the past 20 years. The friendly atmosphere is a big plus and we always enjoy a good laugh.
Sells junk cartridges that smudge and fail prematurely and then refuses to issue a refund. Never again.
Still the best place in town for toner and ink supplies, especially if you are looking for refurbished cartridges to help the environment! Easy to miss, although you can usually find street parking right there. Every office with a laserjet printer needs this place!
