In short, I joined Re/Max to work with Ron Neal and his amazing team of Realtors at Alliance.
We worked with Jason Leslie. Not sure if he takes this job seriously, but after he got his part of the money in his pocket, he presented himself as very irresponsible and not wanting to genuinely help us complete the purchase at all. We have worked with many realtors from various companies before and never encountered someone like this
This is the very best real estate company in Victoria. They are professional from end to end. Starting with the first meeting every detail is worked out and all questions are answered. When the property is ready, professional photographers are sent to the property to take photos of the dwelling, yard, and view. Also a professional video is made of the dwelling, yard, and view. These are posted on the REMAX listing which clearly shows all the details of the property. In addition a very accurate floor plan is made using laser equipment to show the property in exact detail. The most important bottom line is the the property gets a lot of exposure and the sale was closed in 5 days, at way over the asking price. Everyone from Ron Neal to all the staff, the service is very professional and the results are truly great. This RE/MAX company is highly recommended.
