Very knowledgeable and professional staff. I bought my own equipment by consulting Tyler and Cam at Ralph's Radio. They helped me install a sub-woofer and amplifier thereby improving the performance of my factory sound system. I bought a sub-woofer first. They tested it for me at their facility and recommended the correct amplifier for the same. They were extremely patient with me and once I had my equipment in place, they scheduled me in for an installation appointment. Throughout the whole process, I felt like a valued customer and appreciated how they went above and beyond in order to work around my needs and budget. I intend to use their expertise in the near future for certain audio enhancements I have planned for my car. I highly recommend their services for anyone who is in the market for car-audio equipment and or installation. If you make Ralph's your first choice, rest assured that you will not regret your decision or experience any sort of buyers remorse thereafter. Everyone else in this industry seems to have forgotten about basic customer service and are busy finding ways and means to defraud customers hard earned money. Keep up the good work guys. Cam and Justin know their business. They’re like a couple of farmers – outstanding in their field. They’ve done three installations for me over the past three years and I’ve been totally satisfied. If I need a fourth it will again be at Ralph’s Radio.
