I have not visited, but I had pre-paid to rent a machine for our wedding reception which had to be cancelled. They were so easy to work with and refunded us promptly when we notified them that we could no longer rent the machine. Great service!

My new favourite hang out, soon to be yours too. Stellar pin set up, great arcade cabinets as well! Love Centipede. Pleased to hear they’ll be switching games out every so often! Can’t wait to see what they have in store for the future!!
Due to COVID we had to book the place for our bubble for an hour, but even at 120/hr it's worth it. No having to pay to play, or waiting for your favourite machine! All the games were in good repair and the staff person was super friendly. Lots of games to choose from, especially pinball. Already planning our next visit!
Didn't like that there wasn't a heads up that it was closed, unless you are planning on renting the place out for a couple of hours with a certain sized group of people. We just moved here, it's my son's birthday and we don't really know that many people let alone people with kids. I would be willing to rent the place for a couple of hours for my family of four, perhaps talk some friends and coworkers next time too. When I do get in I will change my review accordingly, I am dying to get my game on...
Fantastic. Every pinball machine is in great condition and clearly well cared for. The entire place is super clean. The lighting is spot on as well; there's some natural light from the main entrance, and enough glow lighting around the machines that it really shows off the games without feeling gloomy. The staff were helpful and responsive, immediately offered to turn down one of the machines when I mentioned it was too loud. Reasonable prices across the board. It's also worth mentioning that they don't rig the machines; many arcades will over-tilt the pinball machines to drain your ball more often. None of that here, they all play well. And no weird quirks where a ramp is crooked and dumps the ball or anything like that. Clearly a business that cares and I look forward to making this a monthly tradition. Only thing is I wish there were some coat hooks on the walls near a few of the machines. I wasn't sure where to set my coat while I played, and I didn't want to leave it out of eyeshot on the tables further in.

Great place to rekindle your love for Pinball! I haven't played pinball in ages (unfortunately); however, Quazar's has brought it back to Vic and I can't thank them enough! Very impressed with their lineup and selection. I can't wait to see if they host tournaments / leagues! It's definitely a once a week visit for myself. Staff are extremely helpful and care about their establishment.
I'm sure we will be back again in this hidden gem , archade game are awesome.
