Not well prepared. Late afternoon, they realized they did not have consent forms. Trying to print consent form but unable to find a working printer. We are sitting on the matts waiting for a half hour. Staff friendly but not overly stressed about resolving the issue quickly either. This is the second time we've encountered the o consent\ issue. Not terribly impressed.

All the employees are super friendly and helpful! Location for uvic students is awesome and super convenient. Climbing pass for uvic students is pretty cheap per term.
