I had a dental emergency while staying in Victoria. I was forced to randomly pick a dentist which is kinda scary. Pacifica Dental agreed to see me promptly. I couldn’t be more pleased with the treatment I received. The whole staff was professional and very courteous. Covid protocols are being followed closely at this clinic and everything is super clean and up to date. Dr. Bogdan Coca was super professional and friendly. He and his assistant explained the procedure in a clear and concise manner. Dr. Coca did an exceptional job on my tooth. Very happy with the way the tooth looks and functions. Sue at the front desk was very helpful regarding my insurance and any questions I had. I would not hesitate to recommend this Dental Clinic to anyone searching for excellent dental care.
Hello, I’d like to write a quick review on this dental clinic. Booking was very easy. My appointment was confirmed with an e-mail and text msg prior to the appointment date. When I arrived I found the office to be very spacious and modern. As we all know going to the dentist can cause some nervousness or anxiety but this office was different. Top floor, big windows and rolling white clouds going by with a blue sky background. Very serene! Staff was helpful and very friendly. I was in for a broken molar last minute and was also offered a back to back appointment to do a cleaning. This was convenient so I agreed. I have had cleanings before and they were repeat appointments week after week but here they said 1 appointment is enough. The hygienist was extremely thorough and worked quickly with little pain to get all my teeth cleaned. The dentist himself was a young fellow but he seemed genuine knowledgeable and very caring! I look forward to my next appointment in this fine and up to date facility with a great view and wonderful staff!
I have had the privilege of going to Dr. Coca’s practice for 13 years. She is one of the finest doctors I have ever met. She is caring and concerned about the well being of her patients- a great dentist!
Fantastic clinic and office, excellent equipment, very nice and specialized people. Doctor Bogdan and assistants are excellent. They are thorough, gentle and considerate of the operation. I am so happy get my dental care in such great hands. Dr. Cristina's leading, company culture, and managing are outstanding. I really admire her and her staff from my heart.
