I chose OTS based on their location and great reviews. I brought my custom built acoustic into them to get the action adjusted and they didn’t disappoint. They did a great job and I would be happy to have any of my instruments in their care. Excellent workmanship and fair rates. I would definitely recommend them.

Got a crack in the side of my acoustic guitar fixed here and Dylan did a great job for an even lower price than I was quoted. The crack is hardly noticeable anymore and more importantly, it should not get any bigger now that it has been repaired.

Have had my handmade classical for 12 years. Totally trust these guys to work on it. They’re thorough and know what they’re doing. They took great care of my guitar and I would highly recommend them. Won’t go anywhere else! And the price was very reasonable to boot.
