Extremely recommended, Must try their house beef soup and fish sour cabbage soup.I heard from the owner that the beef rib is made with low-temperature technology. Fresh fish is paired with hot and sour soup. After drink soup in this season, I feel warm all over. The Chinese burger is a highlight, if you haven't tried it, you must come and taste it. This is the best noodle soup restaurant in Victoria！

If you like spicy food, I highly recommend beef with sour soup. You can replace beef slice to beef rib，beef rib so great. The New Year's activities also gave me customized chopsticks️
Ordered a couple items from here after learning about this place. Overall the food was good, but I think some of the menu items could be improved. I also felt really thirsty for hours after eating, not sure if it was the seasoning/MSG. Chinese Beef Burger: (4/5 stars): the fatty beef packed a lot of flavor and paired well with the soft english muffin. However the meat to bread ratio was lacking and some of my bites was just bread. Beef Rib Stir-Fry with Rice Stick: (4/5 stars): Again the beef was seasoned really well and the noodles were thick an chewy. However there was not a lot of sauce in this dish and the noodles tasted a little dry. Fish Noodle Soup with Pickled Cabbage (5/5 stars): Loved the flavors of this dish. Wish it had a bit more pickled cabbage. Did not have nearly as much seafood as pictured online. Still would give it 5 stars. The Beef Rib Wrap (3/5 stars): Marinated beef wraps are one of my favorite dishes and I wish I could give this a better review. The beef and cucumber filling was really good, however the wrap shell itself tasted like a store bought flour tortilla. I really wish this was done with a scallion pancake or something similar.
The noodles here absolutely hit the spot. I tried the beef rib noodle soup, which is kind of similar to Taiwanese beef noodle, but arguably even better, because the meat here is sooo tender! I am definitely coming back just to try the spicy fish noodles. The owner is super welcoming. I hope more Victorians come here, because this is the type of small business that deserves all of our support!
Hands down the best place for a traditional beef Noodle bowl. The broth is so rich and flavorful you could put it in a thermos for a long cold day hiking, or skiing and it would give you energy you didn't know you had. All of the ingredients are wonderfully crafted with some serious expertise. Cannot recommend Noodle fans enough!

We were super looking forward to this place as authentic beef noodle soup is terribly hard to find in Victoria. We ordered the beef noodle soup and tomato beef noodle soup, both with ramen, and the shrimp dumplings. All of them were underwhelming and disappointing. The original beef noodle soup tasted like a pho - too sweet and too much citrus. The tomato one seemed to have chunks of canned, salted tomatoes tossed in. The beef itself was not bad, otherwise this would've been a one star review. There was spinach in both bowls. SPINACH. No cilantro to be seen and none offered. The shrimp dumplings tasted like they were microwaved. I lived in Taiwan and China for many years. This is not what beef noodle soup tastes like back home. The server also had his phone going off throughout our time there. Would not recommend going.
Was hoping to enjoy some noodle dishes. Ordered the shrimp dumplings and two noodle dishes. The dumplings were lukewarm when served. The two noodle dishes were cold on the outside and steaming hot in the middle, likely because they were microwaved. The beef on the noodle dish was cold. The noodles were clumped together. During our stay in the restaurant we observed the server taking multiple dishes out of the microwave. Also- no contact tracing requested and no hand sanitizer available at the door of the restaurant. Would not return or recommend if you are hoping for a hot and fresh meal. Not worth the price.
