All the bad reviews are true. Give them a call and they will make you feel like they're doing you a favour. You will apply to a property and will be put on wait for weeks even if you fit all the criterias.

This is the most unprofessional & useless company that exists today. They have an apartment listed as still available that I had applied for over a month ago. They gave me the run-around then and they're doing it again now. The apartment still sits unrented, they refuse to respond to any emails or voicemails, and won't set up a viewing. I'm beginning to think this \company\ is actually just a scam to get our SIN# especially after reading many of the other reviews.

Superstar Property Management company. I love my apartment very quiet and well maintained building. Professionally cleaned when I moved in. New appliances and renos that were professionally done. Nice friendly, efficient, knowledgeable staff. Newport has a great reputation with the locals. I highly recommend renting from them.
