My iPhone had stopped charging properly, the charging cable was never connecting to the phone when I plugged it on, so I dropped by to get it looked at. The gentleman at the desk took one minute, think he just cleared out some gunk from the phone, and handed it back to me. Works perfect again, and no cost to fix it! Likely saved me 100 or so. Great service, and will always make sure to go there when I have actual problems with my phone in the future.

Went in expecting to have to get new glass cover..over 400..to learn it was my plastic cover that came with phone that was cracked .. 35 dollars and phone like new. .terrific honest service..highest reccomendation

I obtained a new LG ThinQ G8X model from Telus as an upgrade to my 5 yr old Nexus 6P .... All done by phone and email mail ... well before Christmas. I started to investigate how to transfer all my apps/data/files/contacts/settings ... And it looked like the sort of challenges that would drive my 67 yr old type A personality crazy with frustration and recurring sense of helpfulness.... So I procrastinated. Until the day my Nexus6P Sim card stopped working. Went to the Telus store at Hillside to resolve that issue .... One thing led to another, the SIM card went into the LG ThinQ G8X ... My Nexus6P was no longer a phone. Basically forced my hand to make the changes. Telus referred me to these lads at MobilinQ. Thank God!!! I gave them both phones ... About 14:30 to 15:00 in the afternoon. They started working on it ... After many failures and restarts they finally triumphed at 19:15 ... 90 minutes after the mall had officially closed. I had stayed back because they said they would make every effort to see me on my way. And this must not be an uncommon occurrence, since each time the Mall Security people came by, they were not surprised that I was lingering around waiting for my mobile. Very reasonable charge! If I had been left to my own devices, I would have been sorely tempted to throw them both in front of a bus. 5 stars, unreserved recommendation. Thanks Lads.
