I had the unfortunate experience of eating there tonight. Service was horrendous. first we waited 20 minutes to order drinks, and then I took another 20 minutes to get the drinks, then another 30 minutes to order dinner, dinner took 30 minutes to make and then after dinner we made the mistake of ordering dessert which took 45 minutes to get. Ask the manager where are full boys and he said he would look into it, came back and said it will be ready in three minutes. At this point the waitress had already said it four times that the dessert was almost ready. We waited 45 minutes for dessert and the tiramisu was still frozen in the middle, needless to say they forgot about our order and never once apologized for it. It was one of the worst services I’ve ever seen in the restaurant. It was only moderately busy with five servers. I would never recommend anyone goes there, the dinner was fine but the service was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life. If I could I would give it zero stars. I feel like I wasted 2 1/2 hours of my life waiting for food that was not worth it. If you get a chance to come up to Bear Mountain go to Jack’s instead save yourself two hours of your life

Delicious food, very good quality, though small portions for the price. Service was excellent. Sit outside and enjoy the beautiful treed scenery. Perfect for a summer evening.

We arrived at our reservation time (7:15) to be given the wrong table. We had requested the patio explicitly (which is massive) and were sat inside. Once we were moved things did not improve. First everything was unbelievably slow! It took us two hours to finally get our dinner to us! We still would have happily ate it but it was cold like it had been sitting out for ages. When I asked the bar tender to find someone to assist us due to no other staff being anywhere to be seen, our server was sent to us. When we explained that it wasn’t edible and we had been waiting two hours for it, she spoke to her manager who then had the audacity to send her back to deal with it. We were so disappointed that the manager chose to stand at his computer (we could see him) and send the poor waitress to deal with it rather than dealing with it himself as that should have been his job. I have brought multiple business meetings to this restaurant and you couldn’t pay me to bring another, I’d be mortified that I brought someone to receive such poor service. I should add we visited a few weeks prior for evening lattes which took 45 minutes to be served to us so their poor service was not a one time thing. I’m so disappointed that a birthday dinner ended up being such a poor night out. I wish I could assign zero stars.Needless to say, we paid for our drinks and left. It was too late to go anywhere else due to covid reducing hours so we ate at McDonald’s where at least we were served hot food.

Awful service. Waiting for 15 minutes to place an order for our drinks and food. We waited for lore than 45 minutes to have our food that was nothing special and cold at the end. We waited for more than 30 minutes to have our desserts that were 1 afrogato (that is 1 scoop of ice cream and a shot of expresso literally), 2 Tiramisu (that's already prepared and just need to be warned up a little bit) and an ice cream sandwich! \u200d️\u200d️ Our reservation was at 7.30! And we left pretty much at 10 pm. This is unbelievable when this place has a lot of staff members working and not that many guests.
