Good shopping experience. Until the one person checking customers out at the till till told the other she didn't need to clean after each person. A particular person wasn't there so they didn't have to clean as much. I guess every 2nd person only needs to wear a mask then? even though it is mandated during covid all person in the store do so unless exempted.

I have been shopping at this location for years. Have always loved their clothing. But lately, their customer service has been completely horrible. Today, I had an experience that guaranteed I will not return. Isaiah, the cashier, was extremely rude. I was treated like absolute garbage just because I was trying to exchange a defective item well within their 100 day guarantee policy. I was not looking for any money back, just a simple exchange. Isaiah and the manager treated me as if I was attempting to rip them off or something. What ever happened to polite customer service? It certainly isn't a criteria for working here!
Every single time myself and my partner go to shop here they are severely understocked in the men's workware department. This store is called Mark's Work Warehouse and they NEVER have stock for their work pants etc any time we're there. Even if they do have a couple selections of assorted work pants they're consistently out of the most common sizes and have an overload of 1 or 2 uncommon sizes. Whoever does the ordering for the workwear really needs to step it up.

Cashier was friendly helped us save %20 and got a promo toque! and the lady that helped us find the boots we were looking for knew exactly what ones without looking twice at the photo I showed her. Will definitely be back. Can't beat the quality of products and service!
