Susanna in your appliance department was amazing! We actually were going to buy a refrigerator from a Competitor but by chance I thought I would call Lowes before we committed, and boy am I glad I did. She was knowledgeable, got us the information we needed and treated us like gold star customers. My wife and I felt very good dropping our hard earned cash today and that doesn't happen often. Thank you to Susanna for doing such a great job. You have excellent customer service and I am happy we were able to take this time to acknowledge you.
