Came here for a 1-day self defence class and was very impressed! All instructors were professional, knowledgeable, and fun, as well as great teachers for a newbie like myself. Would recommend to anyone looking to learn some new defence skills!

Great BJJ school. I dropped in here while travelling and felt very welcome by Matt and his students. Excellent instruction (Matt's competition record speaks for itself), friendly people, safe rolls. Everything I look for in a martial arts school.
Kaiser Jiu Jitsu Academy is built on respect, fun and improving the lives of those who train there. I highly recommend Matt Kaiser and his team of Coaches, to any person looking to learn about Jiu Jitsu. The Academy is a awesome place to safely learn in!
Attended a self defense seminar Matt was running (thanks for that!). It was my first time stepping on the mat but everyone was very welcoming. I loved my brief intro to BJJ. I learned quite a bit in the hour and a half and I got a great workout too. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to feel empowered and safer in the community.
