I purchased a pre owned certified Lexus NX 300 from Lexus Victoria dealership on 3rd April 2021. I am quite happy with the vehicle I bought, the price I paid, and exemplary service I received from the staff at dealership particularly Daniel and Jimmy. Daniel showed me the vehicle after hearing my requirements and even stayed late to let me take the test drive. It turned out a very appropriate vehicle for my needs. It did not take much haggling to arrive at a mutually agreed price. It was a very pleasant experience. I strongly recommend JP Lexus Victoria dealership particularly Daniel and Jimmy.

If you are like me and dread walking into a dealership, than you will be pleasantly surprised with Lexus and in particular their sales rep, Daniel Lamb. Daniel did a great job of educating me on the products on their lot, was well informed on all the Lexus products as well as those from other manufacturers that were traded in, but most importantly, he was never pushy or high pressure. He encouraged me to explore my options and do my own research and when I had questions he was available by text with prompt responses. I couldn't recommend Daniel enough.
