I’ve been getting laser treatments for the past year and have always had an amazing experience. Results have been awesome! Sabrina has always done my treatments and she is so friendly, professional, makes you feel so comfortable! Highly recommend anyone to go to Iga Laser & Electrolysis for treatments. I won’t go anywhere else.

I have gone to Iga's during COVID-19, and the clinic is very clean and sanitized. The staff wear face shields, plus face masks underneath, and new gloves with each client, and take all the step to disinfect surfaces, which makes me feel comfortable. I have had several laser treatments, and I am very satisfied with the results...hair free skin and no more ingrown hairs. Makes me feel confident. The staff are friendly and professional. Thank you!!

I took my time with this review because I wanted to get it right. I've been going to Iga's for 3 years for laser hair removal. As a trans woman it can be very daunting to do something that exposes that side of you for fear of peoples reaction; however, after the first visit I was elated to learn that everyone there is very inclusive and respectful of who I was and my journey (including names and pronouns, regardless of if they’ve been legally changed yet). Never, have I ever felt uncomfortable receiving treatment from Iga or her staff. I’ve always been welcomed with open arms, and I will continue to receive treatment from Iga’s. The results I’ve recieved from my treatments go beyond what I could have imagined possible. Although, you’re results may vary based on numerous factors, which the staff kept me well informed on what to expect, and the limitations of certain procedures. So to all the trans gals, guys, and all others. I know the journey you’re on is daunting, but Iga’s Laser & Electrolysis is a business that I can’t recommend enough.

Since my youth I've been using waxing as means to get rid of unwanted body hair. Once I discovered Iga's clinic I switched to laser and haven't look back since. I have tried different treatments, which treated different areas of my body and only regret I have is not been introduced with laser earlier. It would save me a lot of time, money and energy. I have only words of appreciation for all three ladies/technicians whose services I have been using so far - Iga, Sabrina and Anna. I thank you for taking good care of me! Your welcoming approach and attentive service makes this experience the most pleasant it can be.

I feel lucky that I came to Ana for electrolysis treatments. All my life, I have plucked or waxed my chin and upper lip, leaving my skin bumpy, red, and irritated. Ana discussed hair growth stages, and planned the best treatment for me. Ana has a quiet, calm nature, and is very skilled at what she does. I am no longer self conscious about my prickly chin, and moustache. I am also happy that I don't have to spend time plucking my face each morning!
