Terrible Union to be a member with! I have been part of other labour unions in past, but this union local 456 has some of the worst representatives I,VW ever encountered! They are disrespectful of their members, they don’t hear out your views before shutting you down, they publicly humiliate you if you don’t see eye to eye. They are egomaniacs, who would rather place their own agendas before those of their members.

I am a female worker in Victoria BC, and I have to say that I would rather belong to any other local than 456! I believe in union representation, but I also agree that the representation of this local has been terrible! Listen to your members!
