HME Victoria are leaps and bounds ahead of their competitors in Sales, Repairs and follow through. Graham and the team are very knowledgeable on everything they sell, and chances are, if you need it they have it or can get it. Fitting a powerchair can seem like a daunting process, but Graham will take you through every step of the process and will make sure you are 100% comfortable. One great thing I noticed was that they never tried to sell me anything I didn't need, which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend HME. Having mobility issues is difficult, but getting equipment to help you live your life shouldn't be and that's where HME comes in. 10/10
Steven organized a bed delivery for us from Courtenay and ensured a seamless transition of removing a Red Cross bed, set up of new bed and delivery of a new mattress and commode. This was some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I can't recommend HME enough and my deep appreciation for the service Steven provided! It really took a lot of stress off of me! Thank you.
Graham at HME Mobility went above and beyond to get a knee scooter for my MIL the same day the request went in. Having this available so soon after her surgery made getting her around the house super easy.
I have had nothing but excellent service from HME. I am an occupational therapist working in a long-term care home that constantly has urgent equipment needs. HME is an extremely responsive vendor and often has the equipment I need in stock. My go-to sales rep, Steve, is always on the ball with responding to my requests and he provides amazing customer service. He is consistently available to take my phone calls and arrive on site within 1-2 days notice (sometimes same-day!). I would highly recommend HME to any health care providers and individuals with medical equipment needs.
I have been most appreciative of the assistance I have received from HME in Victoria and especially from Steven Banh. Having a progressive condition my mobility is slowly deteriorating so different equipment is needed over time. Steven has been very helpful in advising my wife and I what are the best options. He is a sales person who treats his customers fairly and he also has excellent technical knowledge and knows how modifications can be made when needed. We are very grateful to have met Steven and chosen HME for my disability needs.

My experience with the staff at HME has been very positive. I have had two significant purchases with them, and both times the communication and service has been great. I have also really appreciated the follow up service that was needed to correct a few lingering issues (through no fault of their own). It was timely and professional. Would recommend this company without hesitation!
