These guys are so amazing, they’re friendly and helpful and you can always trust they know what they’re talking about. There’s a pharmacist here that is just so kind and explains things so well, and a front desk person who is also friendly and she always knows exactly what’s going on in the pharmacy (wait times for example). I feel like I’m in good hands.

A 12 fee on my 34 dollar prescription.. The cost breakdown was hidden inside the prescription box when I paid so I wouldn’t see it. I have 80% coverage so when I asked why it cost so much the pharmacist called it a deductable which could not be explained further due to language barrier? I asked my insurer and they said it’s up to the pharmacy how much they mark up cost on drugs and charge extra fees. Last time I ever fill a prescription at Hillside Pharmasave.

I came in with a hurt back and a prescription. The lady behind the counter made a joke about not asking how my day was and made me smile before coming out from around the counter and getting my prescription since the Drop off area was already being used by another customer. This is going above and beyond the call of customer service and I am very happy to see that since I have a customer service based job as well. Will come here again whenever I get a prescription from my doctor.
