I just got off the phone with Jessi who is helping me with my will. The agency is offering free will preparation to front line health care workers during the pandemic and I can’t tell you what a relief it is to finally have this taken care off. Jessi was very explanatory and fantastic at answering all my (lots of) questions with patience and in easy to understand terms, while demonstrating that he was really listening to my concerns. Huge recommend from me! And even huger thanks for your help in taking this load off my mind during such a stressful time.
