First Debbie was helpful by calling me to remind me to renew my insurance. She explained I could do it over the phone which was nice. Then when I went to do that I spoke to Corrie who was very friendly and went out of her way to help me make sure I wasn't missing out on any discounts. Overall it was great customer service.
