OK but could be better. Pluses...Reasonable prices, based on the items we looked at, which were mainly shelving units in the furniture section. Store was clean, well lit and organized. Negatives...Staff could be more attentive, seemed "glued" to front counter area, even though no one was waiting there for service. I had couple of ???s but left without asking or buying anything. A little friendly interaction goes a long way, especially on a first visit to any store, even just a smile and a hello. That, they need to work on.

Love the store, but really wish they'd be strict with people parking in the accessible spaces to load what they've bought. As I understand it, there is a loading space along the back side of the building. We've never been able to park in an accessible space here and the other spaces are a nightmare if you need more room to get in and out of your car.

Some good stuff but a little pricey...

Friendly and helpful staff, but just an "okay" selection, though it does change all the time. Worth stopping in, especially if you're in the market for tools or furniture.

We have always been a supporter of Habitat for Humanity and like the fact we can help by purchasing things from their ReStores. I have always been happy with the sales associates I have dealt with. Last weekend we went into the on on Burnside and found 2 dressers that we like. We let them know we needed to have them delivered. When we asked if they delivered and were informed they don’t but the did give us a card for a delivery service they recommend so we paid for them. We called them and found out the earliest they would be able to do it was Tuesday June11. We booked them and called the ReStore and told what the delivery company’s earliest date was the 11th. The person we talked to said no problem. Thursday someone from the store called us and told us we had to get them out or they were putting them back on the floor and would give us a store credit. We told them we were not interested in a store credit. The lady was rude. I could see if it was on hold and not paid for. After to talking with other people they too have had the same experience. Shame on you ReStore a store that prides themselves on Humanity and Compassion neither of which were extended to us. We will never step foot in that store and many others feel the same way.

I donate new or nearly new items all the time, but is difficult to be generous when confronted with rudeness. I support the work that you do and your vision, but SOME of the ladies working there are rude and dismissive. I've been back a couple of times and got the same rudeness, especially from Sally, her acidic approach to customer service is dissapointing....to say the least. Next time she'll get the right response from me and in no uncertain terms.

No longer the store where you can get good prices on upcycled goods, now its just greed charging nearly retail for most of the stuff...even though they get most of it for free. You shouldn't have to pay 10% less than big box retail for used goods from a store like this
