My wife and I were fortunate enough to work with GT MANN for our first home. In retrospect - without any prior experience in construction or renovating we could have really gotten ourselves in trouble had it not been for the expertise of Graeme and his incredible team of Project Managers. The entire team at GT MANN - not to mention their amazing list of sub trades - takes incredible pride in their work and as a result - has built a very special bond with our family through the process, one that we value greatly. They always joked that we would miss them when they were finished and they were right! As a particularly detail-oriented person who cares about everything from the height of the bench in the shower to the grout pattern - GT MANN proved to not only be expert problem solvers but also incredibly patient and even particularly impressive negotiators when my obsessive tendencies resulted in the painters threatening to walk off the job. There simply was no task that phased them and never once did we hear the words \it can't be done\. From a financial standpoint Graeme, Jesse and Luis went to great lengths up-front to set expectations and ensure that we didn't stray from the budget. There wasn't a single day that went by where we didn't know where we stood and that was due in large part to their tremendous level of communication as well as their impressive relationship with local suppliers. To put it mildly there are two prices on any one item: your price and the GT MANN price. It has been 3 years since we finished our home and the amount of wealth that GT MANN created for our family with that single project is still hard to comprehend. We consider ourselves truly blessed to have had the opportunity to work alongside such well-regarded pillars of the community. If you value honesty, transparency and true craftsmanship this is the right team to deliver your dream home on time and on budget.

My wife and I cannot express how impressed and blessed we were to have Graeme and the GT Mann crew working on our renovation project. Since we were from the mainland, we required someone who we could trust while we were away. Meeting Graeme for the first time, gave us piece of mind, his attention to detail and knowledge exceeded our high expectations and knew we could trust him with our project. Graeme, project manager Sam Dennison and the rest of the trades were outstanding. They communicated well, and listened to our needs. As with any renovation/project, there are always challenges that arise, Graeme and Sam always had the solutions thus avoiding any delays. We've had numerous compliments on the work that was completed by GT Mann. We love our home and have Graeme and Sam to thank in creating our paradise. Once again thank you Graeme and Sam.
