I have nothing good to say about their workmanship or the way this company is managed. The communication between them and their customers is nonexistent, and even worse between Bobby and his workers. I wish I didn't hire them for this basic insurance claim. Bobby has lied to me over the phone several times and to my face even more times. He never gives a straight answer and is never in the office with the files and says he will call back and never does. Then when I call him back he says, why are you calling and lies about his promises or forgets about our last conversation, and makes you feel like your in the wrong for wanting to know what's going on in your house. Bobby has lost the basics to making customers feel important and that our job matters to him. Bobby promised us, that he would treat our house as his own, and that he would make our claim right. Which was a bold face lie, his employees also told me this. It's so painful to see this company struggle through a basic insurance claim job, my partner and I can't even go in the area of the house they have been working on for months, due to the fact it makes us depressed, and sad and so much more.(due to their lack of work and carelessness. I don't know how a company with such low performance and poorly managed is still in bussiness screwing up homeowners insurance claims.Bobby milks are misfortune while making a fortune.

Burst water tank, SURPRISE! 2 inches of water throughout fully finished basement. Called Bobby at the recommendation of Royal LePage Advance Property managers and Griffin was on site with pumps and dryers and a team of 4 or 5 within 20 minutes. Everything solved with minimal inconvenience. Bobby and crew were prompt, courteous and polite to me and my family. When needed I never had to wait long for a return call and never felt ignored or overlooked in the process. Thank you to Bobby and the Griffin Team

It’s honestly too bad there isn’t a lower rating than 1 to describe this company. Don’t bother hearing from them for up to 24 hours at a time, and don’t trust their apologies when you call time and time again. They’re a bunch of crooks. Don’t let them in your home.
