I am not a tech person and was not looking forward to choosing a Project Management bit of software for our business. I previewed 4 products and chose FunctionFox. From the beginning it was evident that they cared about me as a customer. It is a perfect fit for our business, we track coaching and training hours at many different clients around the world. We have remote personnel entering hours and tracking time. Between the awesome user interface (very intuitive and easy) and the mobile app (remote personnel love this, they can enter hours on the go), it is perfect for our business. FunctionFox personnel make it easy. Our sales representative actually customized the name of some of the fields for us to make navigation easier. I have called Support a number of times on user issues (me) and they are knowledgable, pleasant and communicate very clearly. I've given my clients access to the portal as well so they can run reports on the fly. FunctionFox has saved our company time and money and helped us with client satisfaction. FunctionFox is my daily business lifeline! I employ numerous tools and resources to keep my government contracts consulting business humming along smoothly. None are as vital as FunctionFox which enables the tracking, monitoring and reporting 'functions' essential to managing my business.
