Have only been to this clinic once so far but it's been a very positive experience to date. My appointment with Lauren Giles PT went better than expected. I had some major concerns with my shoulders that I was quite worried about. Lauren put me at ease right away with her pleasant and calming attitude. She provided a thorough assessment of my shoulder issues that turned out to be not nearly as bad as I had anticipated. That certainly made my day! I feel good about returning to complete my treatments with Lauren and and to tackle an ankle issue I have ignored for far too long. Their office receptionist, Randee was helpful and pleasant from my very first email. Office environment is clean, relaxing and inviting. Prices were more reasonable than some of the other clinics I checked out which was appreciated. Location is great for me too, a 10 minute walk from where we live on Gorge Road, another plus! Will update with any issues in the future but for now, I highly recommend this clinic and Lauren. Well done and five stars all the way!

2 months ago I suffered an injury that progressed to the point I couldn't walk without pain, and breaking down in tears multiple times a day. I could barely do daily activities and work (which is primarily on my feet) in a busy clinic. Sports and the gym were no longer optional which was extremely hard on my mental state. After the run around from a Doctor to wait for an MRI, my family suggested acupuncture so I decided to check out Fix. I have only had three appointments and from the first to this evening I have noticed a world of a difference. My quality of life has skyrocketed and I can now walk without a limp. Andrea was so kind and so informative. She even suggested I don't book a follow up appointment next week if I'm feeling good, which makes me trust them even more. I can't even begin to say how happy I am that I went here. I went from taking twenty minutes to even get out of the tub through tears, to walking home with no issue. The staff are all so warm and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone on the fence. It changed my life!
