Excellent product, the wood burns better than any other I've had. Excellent service, kind, courteous, and convenient delivery. A little hard to reach by phone sometimes but worth the effort. Will definitely be ordering from them again!

I left my order too late and the fire ban caused further delay. But they never forgot me and contacted me when it was lifted. When the order was ready they delivered on time. Delivery was to be at 2pm on Friday and it was here at 2:10pm. Pretty darn good! The product was very good! Uniform length pieces, well split. Love the pallet system they use! First time with Victoria Firewood but definitely won’t be the last!
