Just had Ron set me up with a new desktop rig for modelling and rendering. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Ron for close to 15yrs now (how did that happen...?), with laptops, a NAS, my previous desktop, odd bits here and there -and he has consistently not allowed me to overspend, unnecessarily - a refreshingly different business model, but I'll be a customer for life, no doubt - so it works! Cheers Ron - this machine, once again, suits my needs - and budget - perfectly. Thankyou, sir!

On a family friend's recommendation, I went here for a new gaming desktop. I had a clear idea of what I wanted the system to be able to do, but no expertise in hardware; Ron was professional, straightforward, and clear. There was no effort to sell me anything I didn't need— in fact he helped me avoid unnecessary spending on RAM that I can always install later if need be (I was going for a mid-range rig, nothing graphics-intensive or rendering-heavy so extra RAM would have been redundant. I wouldn't have known this and would happily have overspent on an extra 32G of RAM if he hadn't pointed it out.) I got the clear impression that building a good computer was more important to Ron than upselling unnecessary bells and whistles. An easy-to-like business model: 10/10, would purchase here again.

Even better, Ron took the time to ask questions and ensure that I was getting what I needed. Excellent service for time, quality of parts in stock, and the performance of repair and maintenance. Required a laptop repair within four hours before a presentation, and despite a rather demanding schedule, a new SSD hard drive and Windows 10 were installed. Also purchased some accessories. Price was very fair, especially considering the fast service.

I took my laptop to Ron as it was not opening certain programs and I was getting the blue screen of death from time to time. He quickly was able to suggest what he believed to be the issue and thoroughly explained what my options might be once he had completed his testing. Due to work requirements, I had to ask if he could expedite the repair and he certainly did that. He called me before the day was out with details of the issue and a suggested course of action. I authorized the required expenditure and by the next day heard from him that the work was completed. The laptop is now working perfectly. Thanks Ron
