I've been renting vehicles here for a while and they always have the most friendly staff and great car selection! Sometimes even a free upgrade! Would recommend this location to anyone wanting a reliable, top notch car rental company to rent from. The coverage is worth it too --so get it!

Awesome Service! We arrived on a cruise and the team quickly picked us up and got a car ready for us. We were able to take a leisurely ride to Victoria's beautiful sites. Uri and Rachel made sure we got from and to our ship on time and gave us plenty of tips on where to eat and what to see. Call them up when your ship docks and have a great day and great car!
Amazing service. Best rental company I have dealt with. They will pick you up and drop you off if you need. I appreciate that they do not have company stickers on their vehicles. Great rates for gas and great rewards for regular customers.
I don't give 5 stars often but the service offered by Enterprise Victoira office is excellent. Well cleaned cars, friendly and knowledgeable staff you can actually reach by phone. Vehicles rented have always been in good working order with great tires. Flexible; allowed early return and one day savings. Also when I had an issue in another BC location, manager at Victoria office helped me get that rental going by talking with the other manager (issue was around renting with temporary yellow paper BC license that was within days of expiry but still covered the rental time). Just great people running a good business . Thanks !
I would say it was the worst experience of my life. They took 83 from my credit card and I called them they said oh yeah maybe something wrong we will call you back, but I didn't hear anything about my money Very bad service I will post it on Facebook and YouTube as well
