We recently hired Emerald tree service to remove some tree branches to allow for a service upgrade on our home. The team had great knowledge about the task complying with BC hydro's requirements. We are very satisfied with the service provided and will be recommending them to anyone in need.

I contacted Corey after we had a nasty wind storm that created a lot of blow down and hung up branches on my very large fir tree. I figured with the volume of blowdown in the area, I'd have to wait a month to have my tree dealt with but Corey was out early the following week. The crew showed up on time, worked safely and got the job done. Removed some large broken hung up limbs that were high up, removed some older dead limbs, thinned out some thick areas of the tree for better air circulation. All the limbs were bucked up for firewood and then all the debris was hauled quite a way down to their truck (no vehicle access to the tree). The clean-up was amazing and you'd never know there was any blow down. All the concrete and driveway where the debris was hauled was spotless. Excellent customer service on all fronts...communication and tree work.
Nothing but good things to say for this company. They just did a third job for me and several of my friends and neighbors are now using them too. Entirely happy with our experiences.
We have had Emerald Tree Service to our property three times now and each time Corey and his crew have been very professional and helpful. His interest in the evolution of our green space is sincere and we certainly consider his opinions on future tree platings. We wouldn't hesitate to have him back if we need more work done.
I want to THANK Corey Miles for 'going out on a limb' to save my kitty Arie. His awesome job, professionalism, caring attitude and his 'kitty' voice will not soon be forgotten. You see, my kitty Arie, ran up a tree...a VERY high tree. Arie gave Corey a hard time but he never gave up. I am so grateful for people like Corey who do these jobs. THANK YOU!
