Excellent value and great customer service. I was moving with a very tight timeline, I went to several furniture stores in town and Dodd's was the only one that had any inventory in town and readily available. I worked with CJ to buy several pieces of new furniture including a bed, couch, and stools. Then, to complicate matters, we ended up having a snow storm which pretty much shut down the City, the owner ended up going to the warehouse himself to get my order ready for pick up. They truly went above and beyond in this situation and I would recommend them as a first stop for anyone looking for furniture.

Just what I was looking for. A place where you can see the quality of the furniture you're buying, have it delivered quickly. They also set up and install for you if you want that and have excellent customer service too. All the furniture I wanted was in stock and set to be delivered in 2 days. Perfect! I'll definitely be going back for more of their lovely pieces. Beds, mattresses, all types of stands, lamps, mirrors, deco items...etc. Ask for Nasreen or Sylvia...they're awesome!!!
I always have a great experience at Dodd's. Unfortunately, they are so busy they can't always pay as much attention to all customers as they would like but i enjoy shopping there. I have had great customer service experiences over the years and did once again on the weekend. thank you CJ for your special care and attention and willingness to answer all of my questions.
Had a great experience at Dodd’s. After giving up on my search for a desk at my usual furniture stores a was driving back home and decided to stop at Dodd’s. I have always wrote off Dodd’s because I thought it was one of the big box furniture stores who only carry large fake leather couches that resemble a old sack melting into the floor. I was pleasantly surprised that the selection of stylish pieces. I found a beautiful living edge desk for a fraction of the cost I thought it would cost. The sales person Dennis was Very helpful, patient and knowledgeable in what I was looking for. He didn’t pressure me and was very pleasant. I would strongly recommend a visit, especially for rustic, mid century modern and contemporary furniture, at reasonable prices. I would recommend Dennis to show you around.
Hi Brian, We had a fabulous experience with Dan and ended up ordering a beautiful leather couch and loveseat. We couldn't decide on a colour last night so he let us bring home the swatches so we could decide based on the colours in our unique fireplace, hardwood floors and the basic feel of our room. We had narrowed the choices down to a dark grey and a beige and then thought more about the classic dark brown leather and threw that into the mix; our son happened to have a day off and drove up from Victoria to give his opinion. We went with the classic dark brown; the staff at Dodd's is amazing and we'll be back to buy more furniture in the future. Thanks again, Lynn
