Seem like nice enough people, but it often takes multiple attempts and many days to get a reply to an email. Pressing concerns are often left ignored. Recent examples include an alarm that has been going off in Fifteen88's lobby for several days, off an on, which has been left unattended, our parking lot was unshoveled during snowfall for an entire weekend, trapping cars, and a timer for the elevator that has still not been installed, meaning having company or to-door delivery is inconvenient. Myself and others have sent multiple emails to property management, all of which have all been left unanswered for several days. I have lived in multiple apartments managed by different property management companies and Cornerstone has been far and beyond the least responsive. It's a bit embarrassing to see all the replies to negative reviews from Cornerstone toting how much they care about their clients, when their actions (or lack thereof) clearly don't reflect this.

They're absolutely useless. They never return calls or reply emails and don't bother to solve the issues. Someone occupied our storage and after 3 months of calling and sending email to Geoff, still not even one call from them. Our bikes were stolen from parking and there's no surveillance camera there. I reported it to the police and then sent an email to Geoff and you can guess the result. Nothing.

I am moving soon but I wanted to leave this review for the Cornerstone maintenance team. Their maintenance team is always first class. Had so many of them come over to our house after lots of plumbing problems. All of them are polite and educated about their work. Gary B. came by today to fix a pipe under our sink. Super friendly and professional. Thank you, you are awesome.

Honestly Cornerstone is completely useless. I personally cannot handle Aaron Chan, and his boss Jason Middleton, just does not care. I do not recommend this company, unless you want to do all the work yourself. They are just useless and quite negligent.

This company is extremely embarrassing. So poorly run with slow response times and makes minimal effort to solve any issues. Property manger Geoff Kearney is by far the most useless manager I have had to deal with. I would stay away from any property managed by this company and hope that the building I own in seeks out new management. This is obviously not the only bad experience I have had with this company otherwise I would not have left this review. There is a reason that out of 56 reviews your average is 2.1 stars. Emails don't get responses, hardly anyone mails or faxes anymore, and phone calls almost always go to voicemail.
