We are a small townhouse complex in Victoria and contracted with CBS Masonry to replace a steep entryway driveway and other portions of cracking concrete within our complex. The original concrete work was poorly done including poor base preparation which was evident when it was removed as part of the work. In some places, the original concrete was only 1 inch thick. Our complex has limited work space and CBS carried out the work in a logical and efficient way. Although the work did not quite meet the anticipated time frame, due to issues associated with concrete suppliers, CBS completed the driveway and curb replacement work in a professional manner and clearly wanted us to be happy with the result. See before and after pictures below. Owners are very pleased with the result and we would hire CBS Masonry again.
Ash and his team were excellent. They were professional, timely, knowledgeable and their work was outstanding! The attention to detail and cleanliness of the site when they were done was appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend CBS to anybody looking for chimney/patio work to be done. Thanks again guys!
CBS Masonry rebuilt our chimney a couple of weeks ago and we were very pleased with the work they did. Our new chimney looks great! Ashley and his team are very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable and were very helpful in explaining all aspects of the project as it progressed. The job was completed within the timeframe and budget as per the contract and I would highly recommend this company to others considering this type of work.
CBS Masonry did a beautiful job for us and I am 100% satisfied with CBS during the extensive driveway renovation right up to this current day. The team was awesome, the best crew and contractor I’ve ever dealt with. They arrived every day until completion, no delays whatsoever. The job site was kept professional and cleaned up at the end of each day. Communication between Ash, his crew and myself was outstanding, there was no issues or disputes to ever deal with, including the number of last minute design changes that affected the overall bill. The price quoted for the job and additional changes was the price quoted, no surprises. I will most definitely be hiring CBS, specifically Ash, for future projects on my property. CBS took pride in their work and it shows, we constantly get compliments by folks walking by our house almost on a daily basis. I hope this helps with your decision making
