After a long and very frustrating few months with a newer toilet that has continued to give us grief, we are thrilled that Brent Jansen Plumbing & Heating came to our rescue today. They were able to quickly resolve the issue (where two other companies had not). My husband had read many positive reviews for Brent Jansen Plumbing and I can’t express enough, how happy we are to FINALLY have found a company that's not only professional, but has reasonable rates. When we first called Brent Jansen Plumbing, Ariana promptly informed us of our choices and cost options verbally, then followed up with an email. A speedy appointment was arranged and Tom, an extremely knowledgeable, professional and pleasant young man came to our home and solved and completed what needed to be done. Thank you!!! Very reliable, knowledgeable and most importantly they do great work! We've had them do minor fixes to larger installs and maintenance work. Great family owned company. We went through about a half a dozen plumbers during large renovation projects until we found Brent Jensen Plumbing. Would recommend them to anyone!
We had an emergency tap repair requirement and were so grateful for your speedy service on a busy Friday afternoon. And then we got to meet Tom who dealt with the tap and a couple of other small needs efficiently and most helpfully.
