From the moment I contacted Atlas until they finished my job, I was very, very happy with everyone I encountered and had peace of mind I was in good hands. Connor answered my call and was extremely knowledgeable, polite, professional and responsive to my junk removal request. You see I had a huge 12 person hot tub that needed to be gone quickly and as inexpensively as possible, before my property sold. This job was a mammoth undertaking and required not only a lot of muscle but some real creative brainstorming to make it happen. Both owners and the rest of the Atlas 6 man crew not only got me the results I needed, they did it a lot quicker than I ever thought possible. The men arrived on time, worked extremely hard, were good thinking up solutions to almost impossible obstacles, remained in good spirits, professional and cleaned up my site of all extra debris for the price originally quoted. In the end I am thrilled with Atlas’s team and recommend them highly to everyone. They can solve your junk removal needs, can be relied upon, trusted and will always be my first call in the future should I need anything else removed. Great service right from the first phone call. Estimator came right on schedule and the estimate was pretty close. The pick up guys today were great. On time, professional, courteous and they wore face coverings and social distanced as much as possible. They cleaned up nicely after they were done. Would hire again!
These guys are absolute saints. They are professional, polite, clean shaven/no tattoos, extremely hardworking, fair priced and kind.... from start to finish. They do such important work and get so little recognition. My rental home was trashed ….literally.. It was my first time experiencing this but the Atlas team see these kinds of messes (left by unscrupulous/ignorant tenants) everyday and yet they show up with a positive and professional attitude like troopers. They never complained once! In fact, they sympathized with me/my situation and continued to diligently do their work with a positive attitude throughout the whole day. I just can not say enough good things about Atlas Hauling.
