The customer service here is top notch, from the doctors, to the opticians and the front end staff! They made the process of picking out frames quick and easy, offering honest opinions about how different choices look, but also without steering me in any particular direction. I love love love my new frames, and compliments about them abound....again!!

I always get so many compliments on all the 6 pairs of glasses - including some great sunglasses - I've bought at artSEE in Broadmead Centre; but the real reason I keep going back is because of the excellent customer experience and tremendous service of the opticians. Clean, sanitized and well spaced during Pandemic. I had my eyes examined in Dec 2019 the Rx was not caused me some problems then the Pandemic so it was months before I was able to get back. I phoned and the guaranteed until I was able to get back. They booked another eye exam free of charge and I got new lenses which something was still not right. They discovered the problem and had new lenses made for me. During this time frame the staff was wonderful, totally understanding and apologetic. I also have a cataract which I’ve been waiting well over a year to get done - still waiting. Never once did they say it was my cataract and brush me off. They worked with me to get it right. I can’t say enough good things about this place and very highly recommend them. The best
I received amazing customer service from Bob today when I stopped in to inquire if a pair of Dilem frames could be fixed that I bought elsewhere. Not only did Bob fix them on the spot, he did it for free! Totally unexpected. I have always received great service here when purchasing arms for my frames, but really felt compelled to share this great experience. Top notch staff.
Over the past couple months we have been into artSEE multiple times for both eye exams and to purchase glasses for my wife. Each time we've been in it has been a great experience and we have kept checking in for another replacement pair of glasses for myself. Unfortunately we will not be returning after our last visit on Feb 29, 2020 when we went out of our way to drive there to see if they had any new inventory. My wife and I were the only people in the store and were greeted by Bob, we advised that we didn't need help since I have been unable to find a pair of glasses that suited me and we were just going to try some glasses on. When we didn't find a pair that suited me and we were heading for the door, Bob stopped us and asked me to empty my pockets because he saw me slip something into my pockets (possibly the sun glasses I walked in with Bob?). Anyways, after spending over 1000 over the past 2 months at this store we will not be returning out of principal. If you are going to accuse someone of stealing in front of their wife, you better be damn sure they stole. Remember to keep your hands where Bob can see them if your in this store!
