Signed up for the occupational first aid and safety level 3 course with money out of my own pocket. Signed up for the course to further my first aid training although none of my workplaces require it. Mike ran an excellent course and I learned a ton of new information and learned how to provide exceptional first aid treatment to anyone that needs it. I only had occupational first aid level 1 going into the course and experience with lots of overdoses and stabbings as a frontline worker in the Pandora and Johnson Street area. This being said I learned so much more in this course than I ever thought I would and this course has provided me with excellent new skills. As someone that didn't need to take this course it was very entertaining and held my attention the whole way through. Mike was a excellent teacher and made the course very entertaining. Additionally, Mike was very knowledgeable and a great teacher. Thanks for everything alert first aid.

The instructor, Holly was very knowledgeable. She kept the course fast paced & fun. I found the long narrow dark dusty hallway wasn't the best first impression and the place was kind of disheveled looking and cluttered with boxes. Never the less I would consider Alert First-Aid again.
Visited their storefront to buy first-aid kids for our business and Dave and the woman working there were beyond helpful and knowledgeable. I would 10/10 recommend them for any first aid/PPE needs!!
Easy registration and straightforward course, done well in Covid times too.
