The service received was quick and went beyond what the original purpose of the call had been ( undoing a padlock on my garden shed when keys were misplaced) Additionally the locksmith serviced a couple of other door lock issues, cut duplicate keys, personally checked that they all worked; and lubricating all the locking mechanisms. I also appreciated receiving the senior's discount. Would recommend Acme Safe Locksmiths without hesitation. Professional and friendly service. Thank you!

These guys are amazing. My car was vandalized and the driver side door wouldn't open anymore using the key. They were able to fix it in about an hour and it works like new now! Really friendly and great service!
I called about getting a key fob programmed for my car (I had the fob already) and was told it may not work but they had a fob in stock that I could use if mine didn’t. If my fob worked, I’d only have to pay for the cutting of the key and the time for the work (10 50). If it didn’t work, I’d have to pay for the cutting of the key, the work and his fob. Sounds good. I went to do the work and neither fob worked and he charged me anyway. So, I’m out 68 and still don’t have a fob.
Justin came this morning and unlocked a door we lost a key to, and cut us 3 keys. On time, professional, super fast and super nice, I would definitely call Acme again!

I chose Acme Safe Locksmiths to cut a new key for my car because they were so much friendlier on the phone than the Toyota dealership. Contacted this company during a stressful time. Their patience, professionalism and outright kindness were amazing. Justin was a pleasure to work with, and took extra care when replacing locks to make sure the door locked and unlocked smoothly as well as making sure the door hinges and handles were in good working order. I found ACME Safe Locksmiths by chance. Previous quote by another company was 100 per hour. Christopher assisted me promptly, with care and attention, to the two items I brought in. They are special due to the connection to my daughter, who passed away. I had misplaced the keys; which caused me concern. Christopher set me at ease, with his assurance of being able to help. In knowing time is of value, I was deeply grateful for all of his efforts. There were others who needed to be looked after, therefore I appreciated Christopher providing outstanding service.
