Great experience from start to finish with Abstract, Andy and Selina were great to work with when deciding what product we wanted for our kitchen counter/bar top. Andy took us through the shop to show us various pieces on top of what they had in the show room. Selina was very responsive to my numerous emails back and forth, working out details and the like. Install crew were careful, professional and personable. Would highly recommend and will go back to these folks in the future when we reno our bathrooms.

Update... Given company's response they clearly do not respect prospective clients. Anyone who wishes to see evidence of their changing pricing without explanation, please reach out and we will share emails and their quotes that show the details... Original comments... Awful customer experience getting correct accurate quotes, and ones that didn't keep changing by thousands of dollars. When asked they refused to explain why, and when asked if they would honor a 1 week old quote, Andy said absolutely not even though it clearly states they are good for 21 days. So unless you are prepared to get lackluster clear estimates, see consistently change, and get hit and miss communications from them steer clear and go elsewhere. Not sure if there would have been issues also with templating and install work as customer relations doesn't seem to be their strong suit. Recommendation, go elsewhere there are others that are better to deal with.
I went to abstract stone for a simple marble slab to use in the shower. I was offered an offcut that matched my tiles but in the end, it wasn’t available and I had to go with something else. I had called multiple times previous and emailed with no follow up. I had to take the slab back to have them finish it properly. Although this was probably a low priority sale for them, it definitely showed in the lack of customer service. The selection stone however is great.
Andy did a great job on our bathroom vanity. Very quick turnaround even with of the high level of building activity in this area, the quality is great and the installers were clean & fast. They have well organized processes for quotes, invoicing, payment - everything you could ask for in a supplier.
