Both myself and my senior cat were met with kindness, compassion, and openness. I felt they truly cared for both my pet and myself. I was made to feel less stress about the financial burden of emergency surgery, and was able to know my pet was going to be cared for. The staff and Vet took the time to carefully explain everything that was happening and all possible outcomes. I am so grateful for their service.

My experience was perfect! During covid the precautions were exceptional. Accepting a new pet during a pandemic was greatly appreciated. The staff and Dr. Shergill were kind, supportive and tended to all of Sophie's needs even though an appointment wasn't made. I really appreciated the doctor giving me a print out of expected expenses before treatment and going over it with me. Thank you for allowing me to come in for the dew claw procedure to comfort Sophie. We will be back! Sophie is happy and feeling better!
Wonderful experience. So happy to take my dog here because they really care about the well being of animals. The staff are professional, very honest and compassionate. There is always immediate follow up once you have any concerns or treatment with your pet. I would highly recommend this vet. They really care!
I travel from the mainland to go to this clinic! They are the best! Honest, helpful, great staff, caring, understanding. Only one problem! They aren't on the mainland!! But if they were, they'd probably have a lineup 10kms long to get in to see them!
The Vet and the staff are amazing to deal with. They have a love for animals and it shows in their actions.
