I am a contractor who has had dealings with Viatrim in the past. They’ve always been responsive in my dealing with them. Maybe not the quickest but at least I got a response. I don’t want to take down the whole place because of one person who represents them. His name is Jason. Now, I don’t order large orders from them and I don’t order often. That being said, I have ordered pretty substantial size orders in the past and have sent many people to buy from them. This did not give Jason the right to snub me on my last order and completely ignore me in the most unprofessional way. I was left in the dark and had to go elsewhere to get material for a job that even left my client baffled because I didn’t have an answer for him in almost a week. I will deal with them again, but hopeful I can speak to a different sales rep. Because I’ve had fair dealings with them in the past I haven’t left them with a 1 star and will try one more time with a different rep. Up to them now for me to change my review to better or worse.
