My late husband and myself moved to the Vernon area last year. From our very first appointment opening an account, to the excellent wealth management team that managed our investment portfolios, everyone we dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The sudden passing of my husband, recently, has meant I require assistance dealing with his estate. Sierra Benner has been a god-send to me during this devastating time. I am truly thankful for the kindness showed to me by everyone at the TD bank.

I've been here several times, each time the drive thru ATM is broken. What's the point?
Certainly not the best experience with TD in general. Phoning is a complete waste of time ... tip for those that really want to meet with someone ... make an appointment to get a NEW credit card. That always gets their attention. Then do whatever you need to while there. Be careful when typing in the meeting reasons and background, after about 10 seconds, the system kicks you out and you get to do it all again. Fun.
Repeated calls and I cannot get through. I am moving my accounts to the local Credit Union.
I deal with TD quite a bit and I've always had a pleasant experience! Especially with the small business account manager Renee, she is extremely helpful, easy to talk to and always happy to answer any of my questions :)
