I have owned my NXT golf cart for 3yrs. From the time of sale to the present Jeff and his team have been honest, professional, efficient, and reasonable. During the course of my ownership Jeff and his team have consistently gone out of their way to ensure that I was happy with my cart. Service support has been top shelf with \Lena\ efficiently scheduling pick up/drop offs and technician \Ian\ accurately completing warranty/ non-warranty repairs. Jeff's innovation and his desire to improve his product bodes well for the future of his product line, as well as his customer base. I would highly recommend SC Carts without hesitation to anyone who is considering a customized golf cart.

We are so thrilled with our “Sunset at Sunset Ranch” NXT golf cart. We can’t wait to use it on the golf course, when this social distancing ends. We used to have a Club Car golf cart that SC Carts stored and tuned up for us the last couple of years and their service has been exceptional every time. When we decided to get a new cart, they were there every step of the way to guide, give advice, and follow through with what we asked for. We got to pick everything and customize the cart to our liking, including the awesome Sunset Orange paint colour. We asked for heated seats. Even though they had never done them before, they said sure, we can do that. We asked for custom stitching on the seat to name our cart and they obliged. We asked for the new smaller lithium battery that they were just starting to experiment with it at the time and said that we could be the “guinea pigs” for it. Anything we asked for, they gave us with without questioning. From top to bottom, this organization is outstanding. We are so pleased with your product and service. We will certainly recommend you to anyone looking for a golf cart or utility vehicle.
Just to respond to your comment about my never being satisfied is completely wrong . I posted the review because companies like yourselves need to be held responsible. It was my father who had an issue and I was upset about what he went through to have time wasted , golf games ruined and an all around bad experience he would never review anything or say anything bad . The way quality controll was conducted was not acceptable and a proper program would have seen the issue that kept happening and replaced the product instead of offering swapped body/chassis option on a brand new vehicle. An electric car company would never conduct business in this manner why should you especially if you are trying to bring new products to market.
They know their stuff, with some jaw dropping golf carts. Everyone I met there was super friendly and helpful. I'm new to golf carts and they gave me honnest answers.
Very impressed with the overall look of the cart, seen ALOT of NXT's up at Predator Ridge . Always a hit on the course
