Went for lunch not to the hotel. Hotel is beautiful and very clean super nice staff upon entry though. Restaurant is awesome very large portions the chef is awesome

My stay was very enjoyable and unexpectedly quiet due to very few guests. I also enjoyed the large carpeted balcony, but I found the ambient temperature in the atrium to be too cool to remain on the balcony for extended periods of time as I had hoped. But I realize that I lean towards higher temps in my comfort levels and that may not be typical. I would have appreciated a breakfast option without having to leave the property, but again I realize that we are in very unusual times. Thanks again and Merry Christmas to you all!

Food & beverage was rated lower because I feel that COVID has had a great impact; however, Don Cherry's grill was awesome for the one evening meal we had.

Staying here reminds me why I'm Thankful I didn't have children!!!! So loud screaming and running up and down the halls... I would have been embarrassed as parents.... But other then that it was great.

We have always loved the Vernon Lodge and amenities. We would even drive from Kelowna to stay over and dine! We will be so happy when the restaurant re opens!

Hotel was very clean and staff was kind. However the atrium rooms were loud and they didn't monitor the pool hours so there were screaming kids out there before the pool was officially open. It was also uncomfortably hot, and I couldn't sleep at all. I would stay again but maybe in a room that didn't face the atrium/pool, so I could open a window. The view was beautiful though.
