The only reason they're getting stars is because of their saleslady Tracy. If I could give her five stars and the others zero I would. There were three other ladies there without customers but because I wasn't wearing jewelry or dressed fancily they didn't even look at me twice. I spent over 300 there and the only reason I did was because Tracy was such a lovely lady. She's an adorable little English lady - don't bother with the others because they can't be bothered to help you!

I've had a great experience at all the Micheal Hill locations, recently they have been able to do a speedy resizing just before my wedding. The staff are extremely, friendly, and helpful (even when I come in with my work clothes on). I am very glad I chose to buy my engagement ring from Micheal Hill.
