Wanting to buy a Coat at Marks, didn’t have my size or the colour I wanted. The young girl/Sales Clerk told me if I was expecting these Coats before Christmas it wouldn’t happen, as the Orders are so busy an back logged. I go home an order from the comfort of my home Online on Dec 13th, not expecting them till at least the New Years, listening to what the young lady Sales Clerk told me. Today Dec 17/20 I got an Email my Order is in an waiting for pick up. So the young lady Sales Clerk was obviously wrong on her saying the Orders are busy an back logged etc.... thank you (Vernon) Marks, for your prompt efficient service

Was excited to buy new clothes after losing a bunch of weight.. i have no clue what my current size is.. i was told to buy and return until i find what fits. Sounds like a very sanitary way to get customer in to clothes that fit. 1 person on the floor and 5 or 6 behind the till, Seriously?
Some of the best customer service and product I have received in recent memory. I bought a pair of boots that didn't quite work out and they happily exchanged them. I spend a bit more money and got exactly what I wanted. The young man who served me had long hair and looked like a grunge rocker but was one of the nicest people I have met this month. Never judge a book by its cover. I would strongly recommend purchasing anything from the store
